Rob earned his BA from Harvard University and his MBA from the Yale University School of Management.
Rob is studying to become a certified Physician Development Coach. He is qualified in an array of assessment and development tools and is an active leader in several professional and not-for-profit organizations. Rob was elected by his fellow alumni to serve on the Board of Directors of the Yale School of Management Alumni Association. He also is serving as Chair of the Boston-area Chapter. For the Human Resources Leadership Forum, Rob was Co-Chair of the Career Services Committee.
