Rob Greenly Biography
Rob Greenly draws upon extensive experience with performance management, conflict negotiation, talent assessment, teambuilding, organizational redesign, and learning delivery to help individuals and groups maximize results from their capabilities. Rob understands what it takes to implement substantial change—individually and organizationally—and applies insights and lessons learned from twenty years of holding leadership positions in his field:

* Vice President of Organization Development and Chief Administrative Officer for Human Resources for Putnam Investments
* Vice President of Leadership and Organization Development for Boston Scientific Corporation
* Director of Organization Development and Training for Astra Pharmaceuticals

Rob earned his BA from Harvard University and his MBA from the Yale University School of Management. He is qualified in an array of assessment and development tools and is an active leader in several professional and not-for-profit organizations. Rob was elected by his fellow alumni to serve on the Board of Directors of the Yale School of Management Alumni Association. He also has served as Chair of the Boston-area Chapter. For the Human Resources Leadership Forum, Rob was Co-Chair of the Career Services Committee.
