• Conduct training needs assessments with senior leaders, managers, first line supervisors and front-line workers.
• Create and deliver training programs across disciplines and levels that improve customer service, performance, and leadership.
• Create and deliver training programs in specific areas including interviewing for competencies, performance management, customer service, management skills, leadership development, etc.
